Some companies charge a flat fee, for example $200 or $300 to pressure clean a driveway. Tech Pressure Cleaning has a different approach. Once you provide us with the address of the property to be cleaned, we review it in Google Maps, and we use a tool that the Maps App has to measure surfaces. Therefore, you paid based on how large or small your driveway is. We charge a $50 minimum fee. Starting from that price, based on how many square feet your driveway has, and depending on if it is a concrete or a paver driveway, we calculate the price. Normally it takes much more time to pressure wash a paver driveway than a concrete one, about double the time. This is because paver driveways usually have lots of weeds to be remove that are not cleaned with a surface washer and we need the use of a turbo nozzle to remove them, which requires extra time. Also, paver driveways have lot of grim, dirt and mold accumulated between them, and this requires extra time too. So next time you ask us for an estimate, consider giving our estimator what is the real current state of your driveway to get an accurate quote. Also, it is beneficial to send a picture of it.
