Driveway & Sidewalk
To clean your driveway and sidewalk we first make an assessment on the hardness of the concrete. Applying higher pressure than the concrete can withstand results in deteriorating the surface prematurely, which allows mold to regrow faster, setting the surface black again in a matter of weeks. Our equipment allows us to regulate the pressure and give your concrete just the pressure it needs. After rinsing the surfaces, we apply a chlorine solution that remove tree stains that cannot be removed by pressurized water.
Patios
If you want to get rid of your patio weeds and molds at once we are your best choice. We first apply pressurized water to your pavers to get the mold and weeds out the way. Then we rinse all the surface and finally we apply a chlorine solution. This prevents the weeds to regrow by killing its roots and finishing remaining mold in the paver grooves.
Roofs
Depending on your roof we have different solutions. If your roof has asphalt shingles, no pressure can be applied. Thus, we apply a soft-wash solution of surfactant and chlorine that kills mold and algae, returning the original color to your roof and make it look like new.
If your roof has ceramic tiles we can either apply pressurized water to it or have it soft washed with a similar solution to the one used for asphalt shingles.
